Not Just Dolls Store Policy:

STORE CREDIT ONLY No returns on sale items, layaways, special orders, or Ashton Drake dolls. All returns must be made within 5 days. Dolls MUST be in the original condition and unplayed with. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Store credit is good for 90 days. Merchandise returned without a return authorization number will be refused. Call 214-537-2727 or email [email protected] within 2 days to report any damages. Dolls are age appropriate & need to be taken care of like real babies, not toys. Please use your discretion on your purchase. Not Just Dolls is not responsible for any safety issues that arise. We do offer a doll hospital repair service.
