STORE CREDIT ONLY No returns on sale items, layaway’s, special orders, Kustom Kids or Ashton Drake dolls. All returns must be made in within 5 days. Dolls MUST be in the original condition and un-played with. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Store credit good for 90 days. Merchandise returned without a return authorization number will be refused. Call 214-537-2727 or email njdolls@aol.com within 2 days to report any damages. Dolls are age appropriate & need to be taken care of like real babies not toys. Please use your own discretion on your purchase. Not Just Dolls is not responsible for any safety issues that arise. Deposits for all Kustom Kids are Non-refundable and changes after the order is placed there will be a $25 alter fee Plus any additional cost of change. We do offer a doll hospital repair service.
